Vendor Opportunities

Vendors will be located along Rails to Trails in downtown Taft during both weekends of Oildorado. Show hours will be Saturday, 9:00am-6:00pm and Sunday, 10:00am-4:00pm. Registration fee is per weekend and covers the applicable Saturday and Sunday.

Vendor Classifications:

Arts & Crafts / Non-Profits

  • Items handmade by applicant

  • Purchased products significantly enhanced or altered

  • Local non-profit organizations

Commercial / Business

  • Ordered or carried by another company and not handmade

  • Catalog or consultants sales (e.g. Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc.)

  • Insurance, Internet/satellite, wireless phones & accessories, utilities, financial institutions)

Food & Drink

  • Any food or drink vendors must provide copies of environmental health permit or ABC license, City of Taft business license, and certification of insurance naming Oildorado, Inc. as additional insured. (Documents may be submitted after initial registration.)

All vendors are responsible for providing awnings, tables, chairs, power, etc. Spaces are 12’x12’. Trailer parking is not available, unless food truck.

Prices increase by $25 after September 1. Registrations no longer accepted after October 1. No refunds after September 1.

Oildorado, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of vendors per product type, but will make every effort to accommodate those who register. If your registration is rejected for any reason, a full refund will be processed.
